Broadband: The Village is 98% covered with broadband connectivity, allowing anyone to work from home and businesses to flourish online.
Water & Sewer: All existing and vacant properties are connected or have the potential to connect to Village water and sewer.
Electricity: Powered by AEP, electricity is dependable and powerful with very competitive rates compared to other regulated electric providers.

Red Arrow Highway: The major thoroughfare runs right through the Village and averages 8,995 commercial and passenger vehicles per day.
I-94: Connecting Chicago to Detroit, I-94 runs adjacent to the Village with an average of 44,433 commercial and passenger vehicles passing by the Stevensville Exit 22 per day.
